HOW REFUNDS WORK

S&G Apparel issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

Is canceled by S&G Apparel
One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

S&G Apparel will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.

Do gift cards expire?

No, S&G Apparel gift cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!

Why did I receive a partial refund after placing my order?

One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.

What happens if I use a gift card to pay for all or part of my order and some items were out of stock?

The amount refunded will go back to the gift card that was used, any remaining balance will be returned to your other form of payment.
